Can I get a tattoo while traveling?
Yes! I often tattoo clients who are visiting São Paulo, including travelers from other countries and other parts of Brazil.
Getting a tattoo during your trip can be a very special way to remember your time here, I personally love getting tattooed when I travel too.
If possible, I recommend scheduling your tattoo for the last days of your trip, so you can enjoy the city without worrying too much about healing.
How much does a tattoo cost?
I work with custom tattoos, so the price depends on the size, placement, level of detail, and complexity of the design.
I specialize in colorful botanical tattoos, and most projects are created individually for each client.
Prices usually start around R$1200, and can go up to R$4000 for a full-day session.
Small tattoos may cost less, while large or complex projects can be priced per session, per day, or by size.
The final price always depends on the project.
Payment methods
I accept Pix (Brazilian accounts), credit card, and international transfers via Wise.
Wise is usually the best option for international clients, because you can pay in your own currency with low fees.
This makes it very easy if you are traveling to Brazil and want to get a tattoo in São Paulo.
How to book
The official way to book an appointment is through WhatsApp.
You can also send a message on Instagram or email (tattoo@gabrieladassio.com), but I don’t check those as often, so replies may take longer.
If you are visiting Brazil and haven’t used WhatsApp yet, I highly recommend downloading it, as it is widely used in the country and makes communication much easier during your trip.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling to São Paulo.
If you already know the dates of your trip, we can schedule your appointment even months before.
This helps guarantee availability, and we can always adjust the date if needed.
Where is the studio located?
I work in a private tattoo studio located in Vila Mariana, in the southern area of São Paulo, Brazil.
The neighborhood is safe, easy to access, and close to Santa Cruz and Praça da Árvore subway stations (blue line).
The exact address is sent after the booking is confirmed.
How to get there
The studio is located in a calm and safe area of São Paulo, with easy access by Uber, taxi, or public transportation.
You can park on the street nearby, and the subway stations Santa Cruz and Praça da Árvore are about a 10-minute walk from the studio.
There are also several bus lines close to the location.
I always recommend checking the route a few days before your appointment, as traffic in São Paulo can be unpredictable.
Do you speak English?
Yes, I speak fluent English and Portuguese.
I work with many international clients and also have experience tattooing outside Brazil, so the whole process, from booking to the post-tattoo session, can be done in English without any problem.
